Refund and Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to TPHosting Minecraft hosting services ordered online.

14-day withdrawal period

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online orders under Norwegian law. The period normally starts the day after the agreement is entered into and the required information is provided.

Early activation

You may request that your server is activated before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, TPHosting may charge a proportionate amount for the service delivered before cancellation. Please do not use the server after requesting cancellation.

Cancellation after the withdrawal period

After the withdrawal period, recurring services can be cancelled for the next billing period. The current paid period is not automatically refundable unless required by law or agreed by TPHosting.

Faulty or unavailable service

This policy does not limit statutory rights relating to services that are not delivered, materially defective, or unavailable. Contact support promptly so we can investigate and correct the issue.

Business customers

The statutory consumer withdrawal rules may not apply when the customer is acting for a business. Any agreed commercial terms still apply.
