Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order or use TPHosting Minecraft hosting services.
1. Service and account
TPHosting provides managed Minecraft game-server hosting through Pterodactyl. You must provide accurate account details, keep your login information secure, and be at least 18 years old or use the service with the involvement of a responsible parent or guardian.
2. Orders and payment
Prices, included resources, billing intervals, and available payment methods are shown during ordering. A recurring service continues until cancelled. Payment must be completed when due. We may suspend services for overdue invoices after reasonable notice.
3. Server resources
Each plan includes the resources stated on its product page. Resources are allocated to the purchased server and may not be shared, resold, or used to bypass plan limits. We may move workloads or perform maintenance when reasonably necessary to operate the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use TPHosting to distribute malware, attack or scan systems without permission, conduct fraud, host illegal content, infringe intellectual-property rights, abuse network resources, or interfere with other customers or the platform. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping backups of important data.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a service when necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the problem. We may remove server data after termination and any applicable retention period, so customers should export data before cancellation.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep services available and provide support through the customer account. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, network problems, and events outside our reasonable control can cause interruptions. This does not limit mandatory rights relating to faulty or undelivered services.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal
Consumer customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online orders. If you request server activation before that period ends, TPHosting may charge proportionally for service delivered before cancellation. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TPHosting is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or data that the customer failed to back up. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when needed. Material changes will be communicated through the website or customer account. Norwegian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country.
